Fight or flight hormone
We all seem to have pet hates which can become long term habits and we use them to get through life. It helps me to blame God. But maybe these pet hates will leave as the fight or flight hormone is leaving us, and we can learn to tolerate ourselves and others by seeing their behaviour as all aspects of the universal Goddess, especially accepting her shadow side. We then get the liberating knowledge that there is no right or wrong. Just a state of being.
